Responsibilities
Design, Build and Innovate: Lead and contribute to greenfield projects, develop new features and products from scratch
Collaborate Closely: Engineering is a team effort; we produce our best work together. Work closely with our product and support teams to ensure we are solving the right problems
Customer-Centric Development: Have high empathy for our users, consistently seek feedback and iterate on our products to improve their experience. (We go on-site on with customers to see our software in use first-hand)
Business-Minded Decision Making: Make daily decisions on when we should invest in more sound architecture, leverage vendors and integrations or cut corners and scope to deliver functionality to our customers
Optimize and Deliver: Participate in a lean and fast-moving development process that is consistently iterated and improved upon
Report directly to the CTO
Qualification
Required
You're AI-forward - you actively use AI tools to accelerate development, and you're excited to integrate AI into product experiences when it meaningfully improves outcomes
You love building - and you're energized by shipping real product into the hands of real customers
You take ownership - from understanding customer problems, to shaping solutions, to delivering them successfully
You're fluent in TypeScript and modern web engineering - comfortable with our core technologies (see below) and excited to push the boundaries of what great product experiences can be
You bring curiosity and energy every day - eager to ship, get feedback, and level up quickly as you grow with the team
