Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the residential community
Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance staff and property managers, to address resident requests and assist with various tasks as needed
Monitor and address potential safety hazards, such as wet floors or obstructions, to ensure the well-being of residents and visitors
Efficiently perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning, while adhering to established protocols and schedules
Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions
Maintain community by promptly removing trash, debris, and recycling materials from designated areas
Qualification
Required
prior experience as a Janitor/Porter in property management, hospitality, or a related field
working with cleaning chemicals, commercial floor care, and completing minor maintenance tasks
committed to the mission of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional resident services
ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
possess a readiness to execute on whatever task is thrown your way with a combination of hard work, grit, and perseverance
