Responsibilities

Process and organize inventory for shipping
Utilize modern devices for sorting, scanning, and order preparation
Follow on-screen instructions for various tasks
Assemble, secure, categorize, and move pallets and packages
Receiving auditing, and storing products
Meet or exceed productivity standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to work a 5x8 schedule depending on need (including Sundays) with overtime
Engage in activities such as standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shifts
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience with a similar distribution-type experience
Previous experience and meet or exceed department productivity standards (rates, quotas, UPH, LPH, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints
Ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and focus while performing work
Willingness to grow and learn within the organization
