Ethics Investigator II

The Ethics Investigator II will conduct investigations into compliance concerns, analyze data for deficiencies, and lead training efforts related to compliance issues within the organization.

Responsibilities

Conducts fact-finding for more complex and/or sophisticated investigations of compliance allegations and conflict of interest matters
Analyzes, prepares, and provides metrics, reports, and related analyses to leadership; identifies areas of risk and strategies for improvement based on investigative results
With the support of subject matter experts in the Legal and HR Departments, provides training and communication regarding substantive compliance areas
Reviews and edits enterprise policies; identifies policy gaps and recommends/prepares solutions
Assists in other compliance areas (associate and applicant screening, leave management, etc.)
Participates and contributes to various corporate projects and teams related to ethics and compliance initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 3-5 years experience in ethics/compliance program management, HR investigations, loss prevention, or similar compliance-related role required
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management database systems
Ability to influence and communicate with people across an organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills, foreign language skills a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels
Sound judgment and proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and ability to manage time efficiently
A high degree of initiative requiring little or no supervision
Ability to prioritize projects, solve problems and meet project timelines
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required
You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job
