Responsibilities

Support the Game Plan (Business and Strategic Planning)

Assist in annual and multi-year business planning across functions (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships)

Help define success metrics and track progress toward organizational goals and KPIs

Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards that clearly communicate business performance and strategic insights to senior leadership

Inform Big Decisions (Strategic Initiatives)

Conduct quantitative analyses and research to support key strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities

Summarize findings in concise, clear formats for use in leadership discussions

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, validate assumptions, and inform decision-making

Drive Innovation and Growth

Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and technologies

Track pilot programs and report on their performance against established KPIs

Benchmark best practices from other sports organizations and industries to identify opportunities for innovation

Strengthen Collaboration and Efficiency

Help maintain standardized tools, templates, and processes to improve organizational alignment and communication

Partner with department leads to transform raw data into actionable insights

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure strategic priorities stay on track
