Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality energy analysis to clients with minimal oversight
Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members
Develop and articulate value propositions based on limited client information
Communicate concisely and logically with clients and project stakeholders
Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheets
Strong understanding of energy economics
Excellent client communication and management skills
Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processes
Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of energy project finance and funding methods
