Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing technology and automation efforts
Define and implement key strategic initiatives for marketing technology platforms
Manage the MarTech stack, select vendors, oversee budgets, drive data-driven strategy, and foster adoption of new technologies
Work directly with the Bank Marketing leadership team to drive strategic MarTech efforts and ensure key business priorities and campaigns are successfully executed
Create decision-making frameworks for platform architectural changes and manage integrations between various platforms
Qualification
Required
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
10+ years of Marketing, MarTech, AI, and marketing operations experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
