They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their product team, focusing on building best-in-class product experiences using Laravel and React.js, and contributing to the architectural decisions of their platform.

Responsibilities

Join the product team to work on both front-end and back-end positions
Make the right architectural decisions and bring the platform to the next level
Work on building best-in-class product experiences for customers
Create and design re-usable APIs and components

Required

At least a Bachelor with background in tech or equivalent based on work experience
8 years work experience with the Laravel and React frameworks
Experience building applications with Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS and MySQL 8
Passionate about usability, user experience, beauty and elegance of UI's
Eager to learn, discuss and share knowledge with the rest of the teams
Absolute fan of TDD and CI/CD pipelines
Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers
Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers
Background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams
Proven track record of driving engineering initiatives that impacted other teams or the wider organization
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and join customer calls when needed
You're an engineer, always interested in new technologies, pushing your boundaries and challenging others
You're fluent in business English, both written and verbal
Critical thinking and initiative: Hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset
Enjoy working with teams with multidisciplinary backgrounds
Experience working in dynamic environments, such as a startup or scaleup environment
Strong user-orientation and communication skills
Pro-active attitude, go-get mentality
Analytical, troubleshooting skills
Structured, able to clearly define, prioritize and plan your own tasks
Commitment to deliver quality (first time right) and on-time
Motivated and enthusiastic team player, supporting your colleagues

Preferred

Nice to have: knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other tools user in DevOps
