The Territory Sales and Business Development Representative will manage in-field sales, structure their day with autonomy, and receive comprehensive training and support to excel in the role.

Responsibilities
Map your route, run :15 on-site visits, and book work
Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your local team
Light admin and prep from your home or office
Communication with local team and management
Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Coachable —eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently
Outgoing and Friendly - warm, caring, and approachable demeanor that reflects our commitment to exceptional service
Relationship Builder - ability to build rapport and cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers and team members
