Lead a dynamic step-down team and elevate patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Guide 60+ FTEs within an outcomes-driven culture
Champion clinical excellence through staff development, competency validation, onboarding, and evidence-based practice
Oversee core operations including budgeting, productivity, staffing plans, scheduling, capacity management, and regulatory readiness
Nurture strong physician and service line relationships
Lead CQI initiatives, safety rounding, and patient experience efforts to sustain top-tier outcomes
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in a progressive care or step-down unit
Leadership experience in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
Ability to manage budgeting, productivity, staffing plans, and scheduling
Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
