TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL)

Responsibilities
You will lead engineering projects through all phases, including requirements identification and development, solution design and development, implementation, verification and validation, and transition to operations and maintenance
You will develop project schedules, cost, duration, schedule, and resource estimates, plans of action and milestones, requirements documents, design documents, implementation plans, verification and validation plans
You will perform project oversight of projects managed by other government and contractor personnel, including reviewing project management and technical products developed and solutions delivered by the project team
You will provide guidance and concurrence on requirements and acceptance criteria, ensure proper involvement of and communication with stakeholders and integrated project team members, track risks and mitigations, and resolve and report issues
You will contribute to process development and improvement for project management and engineering practices for the organization
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating engineering project information to develop long range plans, budget, scope, and schedule requirements and analyze, apply, and improve processes necessary to engineer, monitor, control and document system development and delivery for a warfare program
