Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving system integration, data visibility, and business process efficiency
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making across departments
Use Power Query to transform and model data from ERP, CRM, and other business platforms
Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to align systems with business needs
Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and reporting best practices
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system performance and data quality
Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency across departments
Support ERP optimization efforts, including enhancements and integrations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in business systems, analytics, or project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they interact with other business platforms
Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query required
Demonstrated project management and systems implementation background
Experience with workflow systems and data visualization tools required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
