The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition while providing excellent customer service and completing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making any necessary repairs
Complete work orders in occupied homes while providing fast, friendly service
Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Maintain property grounds
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
Team work to achieve property goals
Follow safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Facilities maintenance experience is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and communication skills
Must have strong teamwork skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be available after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule)
Preferred
CPO preferred but not required, knowledge of pools a plus
