Data Engineer, Facilities Operations

Responsibilities
Enhance and transition facilities management modules, handling data migrations and implementations to improve system reliability
Integrate AI capabilities into core facilities applications to boost operational efficiency
Develop and implement safety-focused systems for change management and equipment tracking
Create data pipelines for alarm notifications and monitoring across various manufacturing sites
Maintain and upgrade dashboards for key performance indicators, energy tracking, and commissioning schedules
Support training programs for team members and plan deployments for production environments
Design connections between facilities systems and other enterprise platforms to enable unified operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data engineering, related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience
2+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET, React, and C#
2+ years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt
Experience with Git or other source control software
Demonstrated experience building solid, testable, and maintainable clean code
Strong communication skills to translate engineering questions into data/software requirements
Proficiency working in a high-impact, responsive, and collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience with SCADA software like Ignition
Experience with facilities operations
