They are seeking a Chief for their Division of Neonatology to lead a team providing care in a Level IV NICU and support regional nurseries while also engaging in teaching and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

The Chief will lead a team of 11 neonatal faculty providing care in our Level IV NICU and supporting four regional Level II/III nurseries, as well as a growing NICU follow-up clinic
Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care; working collaboratively with other pediatric subspecialists; actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows; supervising neonatal advanced practice providers; and improving neonatal care through quality improvement or research

Required

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
be eligible for state medical licensure
have completed accredited pediatrics residency and neonatal fellowship programs
be board-certified in neonatology
All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment

Evidence of prior leadership experience (e.g., director-level role, program leadership, or committee leadership)
