Assist Senior Team Members: Work under the guidance of senior team members and get first-hand exposure to a high-growth cybersecurity team
Customer Service: Provide exception customer service to our clients
Account Management: Provide exception account support to our business clients and key contacts
Project Support: provide support and liaison between teams
Learn about cybersecurity and gain industry-leading certifications
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Eager to learn and grow
Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Willingness to work significant mandatory overtime (50 hours per week)
