Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements across the event content management portfolio
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Agile Product Owners, fostering shared ownership and high performance
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and the market to gather insights, validate problems, and shape product direction
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership to drive go-to-market strategies and successful launches
Evaluate and manage third-party partnerships to strengthen the product ecosystem
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and competitive trends to inform investment priorities and product decisions
Provide ongoing portfolio assessment, including ROI tracking, feature adoption, and dependency management across initiatives
Deliver quarterly business reports summarizing growth metrics, key wins, and upcoming priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree required
14+ years of product management or related leadership experience
Proven success leading customer- and market-facing product organizations
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales cycles and pricing or partnership negotiations
Excellent collaboration skills across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Demonstrated ability to define vision and drive end-to-end execution from concept to market impact
