Required
Experience with frontend technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix/shadcn/ui, Zustand, and React Query
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, WebSockets, MySQL/Prisma, and GCP/Cloud Run
Ability to work in a high ownership model and take responsibility for specific aspects of the application
Experience working in a startup environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly based on customer feedback
Preferred
Experience building design tools
Experience with real-time collaboration technologies (CRDT/OT) and presence systems
Expertise in creating integrations from scratch
Experience in AI Agents Engineering
