New Grad, Entry LevelNRP Jones is seeking a Hose Builder to assemble rotary hoses to precise specifications while adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter required data into the computer system
Construct hoses according to documented product specifications
Maintain accurate records as needed
Locate and understand relevant procedures and forms
Removing cap and lock rings and reapplying molded caps to hose
Applying final rubber cover and brand to hose
Wrapping hose for curing
Must be familiar with, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines
Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position
Qualification
Required
Must meet the Qualified Job Rate in training determined by Department Supervisor
Indoctrination and understanding of NRP's Quality Manual and specified requirements regarding job responsibilities
Operating a hose builder chuck
Crane Operator (Must pass test)
Strong literacy and comprehension skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of company indoctrination
Successful completion of safety training programs
Understanding of the company's Quality System and processes
