Responsibilities

Providing a variety of duties to include introducing bank products and services to customers
Participating in the sales program
Processing debit and credit transactions
Assisting with customer relation issues
Ordering and shipping all cash for the banking center
CTR record keeping
Managing the banking center vault which includes balancing the vault
Disbursing cash to other designated team members
Ordering/shipping currency as needed
Opening new accounts

Qualification

Cash handling experienceCustomer service skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detailBilingual Spanish

Required

High school diploma or GED required
2-3 years of cash handling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent balancing record
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin

Preferred

Bilingual Spanish speaking
