Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
Review staff-prepared returns and provide feedback
Conduct tax research and assist in complex planning projects
Respond to IRS/state tax inquiries and assist with audits
Collaborate on cross-border estate and retirement planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (中英文流利）
Strong attention to detail, communication, and client service
Familiarity with U.S. tax software (CCH preferred)
Citizenship or Green Card
Experience: 3+ years U.S. tax preparation experience in public accounting
You must pass a credit check at any time to remain eligible for this position
Ability to Commute: Bellevue, WA 98006 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Bellevue, WA 98006: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
CPA license, EA, or Masters in Taxation
