Responsibilities
Grow audience across social networks by promoting KTAR News and Arizona Sports content
Be knowledgeable about trends in online news, KTAR News and Arizona Sports content, along with the biggest stories around the country and world
Work closely with web editors, producers, reporters and hosts
Use analytics to track audience growth and engagement across social platforms
Qualification
Required
Must have a passion for Arizona news and Arizona sports teams
Possess knowledge and general interest in all Arizona sports teams
Having digital and video expertise is necessary
Having audio editing and production skills
Must be an expert in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Must have a tremendous personality – this is not a position for someone who likes to stand on the sidelines or listen to other people talk
Desire to be a part of the future of news and sports in the world of digital media
Solid news writing and editing skills
Creative thinker
Ability to work with moderate supervision and be a self-starter
Work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
