Senior Account Manager, Paid Search & Amazon

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for e-commerce clients
Translate business goals into actionable search strategies
Build and present weekly/monthly performance reviews with clear next steps and storytelling
Develop strong relationships internally and externally through responsiveness, clarity, and transparency
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on campaign types, messaging, and targeting to drive scalable growth
Optimize campaigns across key performance metrics — including ROAS, CPC, Impressions, CTR — through ongoing bid strategy adjustments, creative testing, and feed or audience optimizations

Required

Minimum of 8+ years experience in Google Ads and Shopping experience as well as Amazon Advertising. Experience in running paid ads for e-commerce is a must
Performance marketing agency experience is required
Stay mindful of client performance objectives, alongside internal key metrics, and support the team in achieving these milestones
Analyze client performance and provide accounting and account recommendations
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to prioritize, manage time, projects, teams and company resources effectively
Eagerness to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in the ever-changing paid platform landscape
Excellent verbal, written and overall communication skills when it pertains to clients and third party partners
Highly motivated and self-starting individual, driven by goal achievement and personal and professional growth
