Learning & Development Intern - Summer 2026
Hunt Oil Company is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support their People Development & Organizational Effectiveness department in Dallas, TX. The intern will gain hands-on experience in shaping employee growth and learning, preparing curriculum materials, and managing administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing curriculum materials for training programs
Provide administrative support for course logistics and scheduling
Help facilitate learning sessions and workshops
Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and enrollment
Coordinate with instructors and participants to ensure smooth course delivery
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and materials
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master's in Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 3.0 grade point average
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ability to quickly learn
Ability to manage digital files and course materials efficiently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset
