Responsibilities
Experience working proposals, team building, developing and maintaining metrics, facilitating and providing training, and shaping a culture required
Experience managing System Engineers providing mentorship in the discipline is a must
Being capable of working on site and with teammates from multiple companies and in geographically diverse locations is required
Familiarity with agile principles and the ability to work with different teams within an organization also a must
Experience developing prototypes and performing experiments strongly desired
Modeling and simulation experience desired
Experience within the Space Force or with Space Battle Management is strongly desired
Strong System Engineering and Proven Leadership Experience required
Experience performing system engineering for large complex systems to include requirements analysis and decomposition, Interface definition, root cause analysis, application design, integration, and test
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience with multiple SDA and C2 mission systems
Exposure to commercial and non-traditional sensors and associated data
Qualification
