Responsibilities
Support client management of key municipal water/wastewater clients
Support proposal efforts for municipal water/wastewater contracts and/or projects
Support client action and capture plans for specific clients or opportunities
Support the delivery of water and wastewater evaluation, design, and projects
Support task order proposals for on-call engineering contracts
Participate in water/wastewater professional organizations including presenting at conferences to expand Dewberry’s brand in the water market
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree is preferred
15+ years' experience of increasing levels of project and client responsibilities for public sector water and wastewater projects
A minimum of 10 years' project management and technical staff supervision experience
A successful track record of building client relationships in water/wastewater market, particularly high-profile regional clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong client retention and new business development skills
Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level staff
