Responsibilities

Assist with shipping, receiving, kitting, and inventory control activities

Support quality control and core processing tasks

Help maintain accurate records for inventory and product transfers

Participate in indirect purchasing and facility planning/maintenance

Collaborate with customs, finance, customer service, and other internal teams

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for team meetings

Observe and promote safety practices and compliance with company policies

Participate in formal training sessions and follow work instructions

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, General – Logistics

Travel as required

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization

Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus

Ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds)

Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and adhere to safety protocols

Demonstrated interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations
