Responsibilities

Formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments
Supervising and providing technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of international tax engagements
Staying up-to-date with developments within the international arena that may affect their business, both globally and locally
Prepare/review necessary communications, e.g. memos, summaries, and returns
Leadership role in compliance execution, coordination, and providing performance feedback
Opportunity to interact with the tax engagement team as part of client entrenchment

Qualification

International tax expertisePublic accounting experienceCPABar LicenseCross-border tax strategiesLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of recent experience in public accounting, specializing in international tax
Demonstrated skills in the areas identified in the position highlights summary
Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree
CPA or Bar License required
Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Chicago or be willing to relocate to this area for this opportunity
This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel
