Responsibilities
Support L3Harris operations when supplied material is identified as nonconforming and take appropriate corrective action(s) with the supplier
Work proactively with L3Harris suppliers utilizing tools such as APQP and Zero-Defect Planning to mitigate the risk of escapes to L3Harris and/or L3Harris customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Secret US Security Clearance
Preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% percent
Working knowledge of PPAP implementation and associated elements
Experience with Predictive Quality and problem-solving methodologies
Supplier Development and Engagement experience
Experience presenting to upper-level management
Experience with Predictive Quality
Lean Concepts
Commodity management experience
Supplier Development and Engagement experience
Special process audit experience
Ability to focus, prioritize, and multi-task successfully to drive projects to closure
Demonstrated knowledge in CCAs, PWBs, Cables/Connectors and electronics
Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and associated industry standards
Experience in data analytics and problem-solving methodologies
Experience communicating with customers and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of software and hardware development lifecycles
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools
