Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes and procedures for bill pay, reconciliation and reporting

Maintain consolidated books and records for multiple business lines

Record intercompany transactions and reconciliation of such

Ensure accuracy of monthly close process and support timely and reliable reporting

Process all accounts payable transactions

Payment of real estate related expenses, including mortgages, property tax, LLC registration fees, etc

Highly communicative

Oversee cash management, including preparing wire transfers and coordinating fund movement with financial institutions

Management of lender submission requirements

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Manage budgets and financial reporting

Prepare financial analysis including cash flow forecasts

Partner with external tax and audit professionals

Tracking of all philanthropic gifts and political donations

Manage payroll and benefit plans

Manage insurance plans

Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Continue to mature accounting practices to maintain accuracy and quality while increasing scale

Communicate with management on ongoing projects including automation of various accounting processes including wires and reporting
