Responsibilities
Leverage Your Book of Business: Immediately activate and scale existing ISO relationships to generate consistent deal flow
ISO Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISOs and broker partners to expand our national footprint
Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted partner and point of contact for ISOs, ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and satisfaction
Pipeline Management: Oversee the full deal lifecycle; from submission, underwriting, approval, and negotiation through funding
Training & Compliance: Educate ISOs on our products, guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure quality submissions and adherence to regulatory practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the MCA or alternative lending industry, specifically in ISO/Broker relationship management
Established network of ISO partners and ability to bring a book of active business on Day 1
Strong understanding of MCA underwriting, deal structuring, and funding processes
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
