Responsibilities
Complete installations of projects on time and within budget based on the customer consultation and expectations
Use approved industry standards and techniques to ensure proper system function with installed equipment
Create documentation, analyze, modify and test each system to ensure proper function
Maintain and Deploy user specific system images
Ensure that all installed systems and programs are tested working properly
Help maintain company vehicle and keep up with scheduled maintenance
Help maintain the inventory for the projects you are assigned to
Assist with warehouse maintenance, shipments, deliveries, staging, loading and unloading on an as needed basis
Keep a neat and clean work area and equipment that you use in your daily duties
Be willing to adapt to your job schedules and tasks
Be able to work odd hours if needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Computer Repair / Diagnostic Knowledge
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Provide Onsite support for problems and customer issues
Work in unusual positions such as underneath desks and climbing ladders
Familiar with basic hand tools and power tools
Carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50lbs
Must pass a background check
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must have valid Driver's License
Smoke-free workplace
Preferred
Projector, Tablet and Phone Screen repair experience
Security / Surveillance Installation Experience
Printer Repair Experience
Low Voltage Cable Installation Experience
Installation of conduit, boxes and wire pulling Experience
Network Admin Experience
A+ Certification or Higher
Strong organizational skills
Able to work with others on team projects
Excellent time management
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication
Career-oriented and professional
High school or equivalent
