Client Success Lead
Goodbill is dedicated to reducing hospital care costs through AI and software solutions. The Client Success Lead will oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring successful client onboarding, adoption, and expansion while collaborating with various internal teams to drive measurable ROI and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Own post-sale success
Lead clients from signed contract → implementation → go-live → adoption → ROI → expansion
Create success plans, run health checks, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes
Partner cross-functionally
Work with Sales on pipeline opportunities, ensuring smooth handoffs and successful launches
Work with Sales Engineering to ensure clients go live seamlessly
Work with Marketing to surface stories, use cases, and client feedback that sharpen our positioning
Work with Product/Engineering to prioritize high-value capabilities and bring back customer insights
Work with Member Support to connect day-to-day experience with strategic client value
Deeply understand the customer and be a trusted advisor
Build consultative relationships that make Goodbill a first call or text for advice
Expand relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and partner with Sales to close them
Advocate internally
Balance client urgency with Goodbill’s strategic priorities, while keeping customers feeling heard
Build the playbook
Create scalable onboarding, adoption, and expansion processes
Qualification
Required
You've founded something or led product/sales engineering/CS
You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity
You think in terms of 'land, adopt, expand,' and you know implementation success drives everything downstream
You use AI daily to help you think more clearly, work smarter, and get things done faster/better
You bias towards AI first, then refine
You understand AI isn't a crutch — it's an accelerant
You can dig into workflows, data, and technical details, then turn them into solutions
You can sit across from executives or operators and create trust through genuine curiosity, empathy, and clarity
You push hard for client value but align to strategy
You love being the hub connecting Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Engineering
You want to shape not just the client journey, but the company itself
Preferred
You've led end-to-end client success at a B2B SaaS or health-tech company
You've been a founder or early-stage leader (pre-seed/seed/Series A)
You've built onboarding/implementation processes and scaled them
You've worked in healthcare (payer, provider, TPA) or other complex enterprise contexts
You've owned renewals/expansion targets
