Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for workplace transformation
Participate in strategic planning and consultative discussions, guiding decision-making and aligning on priorities
Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps that integrate physical and digital experiences
Clearly communicate recommendations without appearing sales oriented
Partner with the client to design and implement workplace strategies that bridge physical and digital environments
Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other strategic documents to guide implementation
Ensure a holistic approach that balances strategy and practical execution
Design and facilitate workshops to foster stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration
Engage senior leaders in structured sessions to clarify objectives and align on strategic outcomes
Build strong relationships through thoughtful and strategic interactions
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic workplace solutions
Present insights and roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of strategic value
Maintain open communication with client teams to sustain long-term collaboration
Oversee strategy implementation, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user experience standards
Adapt strategies as needed to align with evolving requirements
Deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines

Required

10+ years of experience in consulting, service strategy, or workplace transformation within large enterprises

Strong consulting portfolio demonstrating successful strategic leadership and project execution
Excellent interpersonal skills, building client trust through consultative interactions
Experience leading complex projects from strategy through implementation
Willingness to work onsite in New York City
