Sales Account Executive, Southern Europe

Responsibilities

Identifying and investigating new sales opportunities through on-site customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours
Understanding customers’ needs, acting as an advisor and coordinating internal resources to offer suitable solutions
Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
Conducting presentations and leading technical and commercial discussions with prospects
Negotiating technical and commercial aspects of deals to successfully close contracts
Maintaining accurate records and reports in Salesforce for reliable sales forecasting
Staying informed about market trends, analyzing competition, and proposing action and improvement plans
Traveling extensively (50 - 70%) within the assigned territory

Required

You should preferably reside in Italy, near an airport or major train station. Proximity to our offices in Binasco, Milan area, would be ideal
The position could eventually also be based in another location in France, provided it offers quick and easy access to the main regions of the assigned territory (location near Paris major airports or near Geneva airport)
You are absolutely fluent in both English and Italian
Several years' experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Physics or Chemistry or similar) minimum
A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills
The ability to positively influence purchasing decisions
A team spirit! You enjoy working as part of a team, especially in an international and cross-functional organization
A great ease using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
A valid driver's license and passport
A major credit card for business travel

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
An additional Marketing or Business Degree would be a plus
