Responsibilities

Leading cross-functional teams in the end-to-end planning and execution of complex events
Managing client relationships with professionalism and precision, ensuring satisfaction from concept to completion
Overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations, including multi-million-dollar agreements
Developing and managing Run of Show (ROS) and Production Schedules from pre-production through on-site execution
Ensuring all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety standards
Conducting thorough pre- and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshooting challenges on event day with a calm, solutions-oriented approach

Required

4+ years experience with large scale events and luxury productions
outstanding time management and communications skills
strong attention to detail while managing several projects at once
