Frame Grader (2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm) - $17/hr

Responsibilities
Monitor fabric in real time as it passes through the tenter frame to identify and grade defects
Stop the tenter frame to prevent long-running defects in collaboration with the Album Review Team
Communicate clearly with operators and team members regarding defects and production issues
Collect and visually inspect samples as rolls are doffed to ensure quality standards are met
Accurately document defects and production data as required
Perform quality checks and report any recurring issues to the supervisor or quality control team
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects in moving fabric
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in textile manufacturing or quality inspection is a plus
