Responsibilities

Associates within the Advisory group work directly with companies in evaluating, structuring and recommending financial and strategic alternatives
Associates typically work on a wide variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales, and divestitures
They are staffed directly on client teams and are expected to be involved in all aspects of a transaction, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements
The comparatively small size of this group offers professionals the unique opportunity to gain client exposure and work closely with senior members of the team, many of whom were previously group heads at leading investment banking firms

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years of directly comparable (investment banking or private equity) experience

Strong background in finance/accounting
