Responsibilities
Work alongside trial lawyers defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence
Participate in a teamwork-based and client-focused practice group
Develop strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
Manage an inventory of cases under the guidance of experienced shareholders and associates
Engage in continuous feedback to meet individual goals
Qualification
Required
Two (2) to five (5) years of legal experience
Preferably experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills
Strong research skills
Strong communication skills
Desire to work alongside trial lawyers defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence
