Head of Sales - Security & Continuity

Sherweb is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead their Security and Continuity business across North America. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, managing partner and vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team focused on cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with North American market trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., CMMC, CIS, NIST)
Lead a team of SMEs (Business Development Managers, Solution Specialists & Pre-Sales Techs, etc) across Canada and the U.S., fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, MSPs and Vendors
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor GTM for regional needs and verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, public sector)
Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs using CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics
Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and customer briefings across North America
Stay current on competitive landscape, emerging threats, and evolving compliance standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in IT Channel sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on cybersecurity or continuity
Strong understanding of the North American MSP Channel
Proven success in managing distributed sales teams and partner ecosystems across North America
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, backup and recovery solutions, and endpoint protection
Preference for understanding of Microsoft, Sentinel 1, Checkpoint, Huntress, Proofpoint, Bitdefender and other existing product on Sherweb's cloud marketplace
Familiarity with North American security landscape and threats
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US or CIPP/C)
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
