Responsibilities
Contributing to collaborative research at Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI) Neuroscience Translational Research Division (NTRD) at USC in San Diego
Leading an independent research lab focused on translational basic science studies for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias
Responsible for the experimental planning and execution of the project
Working closely with other NTRD PIs and team members and collaborators during their research time
Displaying strong mentorship skills for junior scientists/PhD candidates
Excelling at oral and written scientific communication
Demonstrating technical and scientific leadership as shown by publication record in leading neuroscience journals
Qualification
Required
Track record of independent research in the field of Alzheimer's disease translational research
Experience participating in collaborative groups and projects
Ability to display strong mentorship skills for junior scientists/PhD candidates
Excellence in oral and written scientific communication
Recognized for technical and scientific leadership as demonstrated by publication record in leading neuroscience journals
