Germantown Academy is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Part-Time After School Program Assistant to support the Lower School SPARK after school program by overseeing a grade-level age group and assisting the Director with various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for a grade-level age group during SPARK

Assist the Director with attendance, overall student well-being, and dismissal procedures

In the Director’s absence, may be asked to run the daily program and be the point of contact for staff and parents

Candidates must exhibit an appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and a respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of varying socioeconomic, cultural, ideological and ethnic backgrounds

Availability to work shifts from 2:30-5:30pm, Monday through Friday

Ability to work 2, 3, or 5 days a week with a flexible schedule
