Required

Master's degree in Accounting, or J.D. with CPA certification
Evidence of effective university-level teaching
Commitment to student success and comprehensive teaching practices

Preferred

Doctorate in Accounting or closely related field (completed or ABD)
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent)
Experience teaching first-generation student populations
