Lead pre-sales and client solutioning , developing winning architectures and proposals
Design end-to-end data architectures across ingestion, modeling, analytics, and AI
Provide technical leadership across data engineering, analytics, and data science
Guide delivery teams , ensuring architecture integrity and best practices
Engage with clients as a trusted advisor , simplifying complex data strategies
Stay ahead of emerging tech in data platforms, cloud, and AI innovation

Required

10+ years in data architecture, engineering, or analytics roles
Proven experience in IT services, supporting sales and pre-sales engagements
Strong commercial acumen and client-facing communication skills
Expertise in cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
Domain knowledge across BFSI, especially Capital Markets, Payments, Banking, and Mortgage
Experience with data governance, risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks
