This role involves managing resources, schedules, financials, and ensuring adherence to project management standards while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk management strategies
Lead and manage project to ensure the successful completion of all project phases from initiation to closure
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC controls and mechanical systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage cost control measures to maintain project profitability
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, assigning tasks and managing workload to optimize productivity and efficiency
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and safety protocols
Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact
Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and project close-out documents
Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of [10] years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry, with a focus on mechanical and controls systems
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of HVAC controls systems, including building automation systems (BAS)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
Preferred
PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
