Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and provide insights of business performance working with a cross-functional team to drive improved business decisions and exceptional results

Key player in the budgeting, forecasting and Long-Range Planning process including working directly with leaders throughout the organization to create driver-based budgets/forecasts

Partner with Accounting on month end close activities including P&L variance analysis to help ensure complete and accurate recording of results

Develop and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI reporting to help evaluate business performance

Think critically about Finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy and other improvements

Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects
