Manager, Corporate And Entrepreneurial Services

Edmonds College is seeking a Manager of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Services who will drive growth in corporate training partnerships and deliver high-impact learning solutions. This role involves engaging with C-Suite executives, leading contract negotiations, and overseeing the design and delivery of customized corporate training programs.

Responsibilities

Proactively scan market trends, assess emerging organizational needs, and identify revenue-generating opportunities for new training products and services
Cultivate relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and their representatives, to position the college as a strategic partner in workforce and leadership development
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with institutional capabilities and strategic goals
Design client-centric solutions, leveraging cross-functional expertise and innovative delivery formats
Lead end-to-end contract procurement processes: from needs assessment and pricing strategy, to statement of work development, to negotiation and closing
Draft, review, and finalize service agreements and proposals in compliance with state/federal regulations and internal policies
Manage contract execution, tracking terms and deliverables, handling any required amendments, or conflict resolution
Oversee the creation, customization, and delivery of corporate training programs tailored to executive, management, and team development needs
Develop and maintain quality standards, ensuring learning experiences support measurable business outcomes
Select, onboard, and supervise expert instructors and consultants who deliver solutions at the highest professional level
Stay informed on industry standards and trends to ensure offerings are leading-edge and relevant
