$95K/yr - $125K/yrNational Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an experienced Director of Collections to join our team. The role involves leading teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing implementations and technology changes in the field of Accounts Receivable Management and Subrogation.

Responsibilities
Analyzes, evaluates, and reports on performance, SLAs, KPIs and other metrics
Tracking and maintaining a deep understanding of overall collections performance at all times
Performing continued training and education
Implementing call center and collection operational strategies
Developing and managing team of Collection Managers
Providing daily personnel management and oversight
Conducting regular 1:1’s and annual performance reviews
Enforcing company policies and holding team members accountable
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change across the operations team
Qualification
Required
Experience leading teams
Driving revenue growth
Overseeing implementations and technology changes
Analyzes, evaluates, and reports on performance, SLAs, KPIs and other metrics
Tracking and maintaining a deep understanding of overall collections performance
Performing continued training and education
Implementing call center and collection operational strategies
Developing and managing team of Collection Managers
Providing daily personnel management and oversight

Results oriented with the energy and ability to deliver results daily
Ability to understand client SLAs and manage performance to them
History of developing high performing leaders
Ability to translate data into understandable actionable coaching
Fluency in BI tools and Excel
Experience in overseeing technology integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of and respect for compliance
Ability to drive, encourage, and motivate a team
Ability to Recruit, Train, and Retain Collectors and Collections Management
Proven track record of improving recovery performance
