Marine Travelift, Inc. is a growing Wisconsin-based manufacturer of customized boat handling systems, including boat hoists and marine forklifts. They are seeking an Inside Sales – Crane Parts professional to assist customers with parts needs, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction within their Parts & Customer Care team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their Marine Travelift and Shuttlelift brand equipment

Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone

Fulfill customer requests for parts and service quotes & coordinate delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Develop inside parts sales and follow up on quotations previously submitted

Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery

All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer support experienceTechnical knowledge of machineryMicrosoft Office proficiencyMultitaskingDetail orientedOrganizational skillsInterpersonal communication

Required

An associate's degree in business (or related field) or equivalent work experience required

Previous machinery sales experience is a plus

Technical knowledge about machinery is a plus

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word

Detail oriented with good organizational skills

Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to multitask
