Responsibilities

Collaborate with other Arup leaders to develop your go-to-market strategy
Build and maintain relationships with key agency and contractor clients as well as potential collaborators
Identify and position for major bridge opportunities in California and the Pacific Northwest
Bid and win bridge engineering work
Lead major bridge projects as a Project Director to deliver successful outcomes

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeBridge Project ManagementProfessional Engineering LicenseAlternative Project DeliveryClient Relationship Building

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar field of engineering study
20 or more years of experience successfully delivering major bridge projects as a design manager, project manager or project director
Alternative project delivery experience (e.g. design build / PPP / PDB / CMGC)
Experience building client relationships and winning work
Professional Engineering License
